i have done research on internet ffmpeg provides solution this. can suggest me in technology should go desktop based application or web based application fine. if there other gif image generators available.

i suggest go web based application instead of desktop based application. web appplication can accessed anywhere , device mobile or pc or tab. desktop application on other hand dependent machine. go 1 serves business purpose well.
