networking - Freeradius server authentication issue -

i'm thinking of using radius in open network allow navigation in local pages, , require authentication internet access. there way configure freeradius in way? example, have nodejs app , freeraduis running in ubuntu server, when user connects network, redirect page let's him use nodejs app, or sign in internet use

no. need use captive portal server coova in order provide walled garden functionality.

freeradius implements network policies.
